PIPELINE GLYCAN-TARGETED ADC

GNX1021

Glycan-Targeted ADC for Gastrointestinal Cancers

01 — Overview

Overview

GNX1021 is a glycan-targeted antibody–drug conjugate designed for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancers, including gastric, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers. It selectively recognizes branched Lewis B/Y (bLeB/Y), a tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen expressed on the surface of multiple epithelial tumors while showing limited expression in normal human tissues.

By binding directly to the glycan epitope, GNX1021 is designed to deliver a potent cytotoxic payload selectively to tumor cells. Its tumor-associated expression profile, together with limited normal-tissue distribution, supports the potential for differentiated antitumor activity and a clinically meaningful therapeutic window.
