TECHNOLOGY

An Integrated Platform for Glycan-Directed Oncology

GlycoNex integrates antibody engineering with specialized glycan technologies to support the discovery and development of differentiated antibody therapeutics. Our technology platform combines proprietary anti-glycan antibody resources, end-to-end antibody development capabilities, and a broad range of glycan preparation and analytical technologies.

Capabilities

Antibody Technologies

GlycoSH Anti-Glycan Antibody Library

GlycoSH is GlycoNex's proprietary collection of monoclonal antibodies that recognize disease-associated glycan structures. The library provides a foundation for identifying antibodies against glycan epitopes that may be difficult to address through conventional protein-targeted approaches.

Antibodies selected from GlycoSH can be further characterized and developed for therapeutic applications, including monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and other antibody-based formats.

Antibody Development Platform

GlycoNex has established an integrated antibody development platform supporting programs from target and lead identification through preclinical and clinical-stage development.

The platform encompasses antibody generation and screening, lead selection and optimization, functional characterization, cell line development, process and formulation development, analytical development, scale-up, GMP-compliant manufacturing, and clinical development support. By integrating these capabilities within one organization, GlycoNex can maintain continuity of product knowledge and closely connect antibody design with manufacturability, quality, and biological function.

Capabilities

Glycan Technologies

Glycans are structurally diverse biomolecules that require specialized methods for their isolation, preparation, and characterization. GlycoNex has developed a suite of glycan technologies to support glycan research, antibody discovery, product characterization, and biopharmaceutical development.

Glycan Isolation and Purification

Isolation and purification of glycans from biological materials to obtain defined glycan fractions or structures for subsequent characterization, antibody screening, and research applications.

Glycan Semi-Synthesis

Preparation and structural modification of glycans using naturally derived carbohydrate materials as starting points. This capability supports access to glycan structures and derivatives for analytical, biological, and antibody-development applications.

Glycan Structure Analysis

Structural characterization of glycans to determine their composition, branching patterns, linkages, and other structural features relevant to biological activity and product quality.

Glycosylation-Site Analysis

Identification and characterization of glycosylation sites on proteins, providing insight into the location and distribution of protein-associated glycans and their potential effects on molecular structure and function.

Monosaccharide Analysis

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the monosaccharide components of glycans and glycoproteins, supporting structural characterization, compositional assessment, and product comparability.

Integration

Connecting Glycan Science with Antibody Development

By bringing glycan preparation and analysis together with antibody discovery and development, GlycoNex can investigate disease-associated glycan structures, generate antibodies that recognize them, and translate selected candidates into developable therapeutic programs. This integrated approach forms the technological foundation of GlycoNex's glycan-targeted antibody and ADC pipeline.
